for populations beyond those served by any one agency or organization. With the coordination and consolidation of services, agencies can operate more efficiently with the goal of expanding the services, regions and populations they serve.<\/p><p>The Mobility Manager serves the general public through conceptualization, planning, development and operating programs that respond to and influence the demands of the market.
